I might be devious enought to avoid this! Oops to late feel into the trap!
Oh well while I'm here I might as well write something?

???????????????Sits and scratches nose??????????errr????????

Well I like fantasy and science-fiction, read a lot of it? Thats an understatement if there ever was one.

I'm no great artist but enjoy what I do and I use water colour pencils and several computer painting programs. I go walks, scratch my nose? plays music from the 1812 overture to jazz, through Beatles and Robin Williams. Oh and I like playing Myst and other such computer games.

Yawnm I think that will do for now. Goes to scratch nose again and smacks finger, ouch!He who rides a tiger is afraid to dismount!

did you see you can by shirts now saying one of the rejection reasons! that is quite scary! I surprisingly had tow accepted the other day, but they usually find fault one way or another... I had kind of forgooten about them haha and then when I clicked back after half a year or so they were suddenly in my gallery!

Yes I saw them >:( b****rds, and no way does that excuse them for their high handed opinions. They seem to be wanting to manipulate the fantasy art style to their own idea of how it should be and they are so ofter wrong. The end result is that most of the art in their site is like looking at a row of houses all painted in different colours with slightly different gardens but all identical in shape and size! boring! >:(

I have a good idea what they will say is wrong with my painting but the shape of the head is how I intended it and so is the jaw. >:(

yeah sometimes I wonder why I still try to upload, but then no matter how much I might dislike them, I'm also always a little proud and flattered when they do allow a piece. I guess that is the trick.
I guess we then will have to try and make such a kind of art that will be allowed yet be original? At least that is an interesting challenge... and it brings you back to competing within your own range and not in theirs :)
